Main responsibilities:
- Communication
- Providing information and assistance to the Global Program Director (GPD) as required
- Communicating with the GPD community and with the National Information Delivery teams in order to deliver the required reporting for the Client
- Delivering regular business reviews
- Reporting delivery
- Providing scheduled and ad-hoc enhanced Management Information reports for use by the GPD and Clients (e.g. spend analysis, variations and trends, potential savings opportunities, CO2 emission)
- Preparing periodical review slides on clients’ performance
- Assuring error free timely delivery of reports
- Development
- Participation in strategic and operational projects supporting business
- Developing innovation tools for company’s growth
- Constantly looking for new solutions to improve processes
Candidate’s profile:
- Fluent English
- Advanced MS Excel and Power Point (MS Access, VBA will be an asset)
- Financial awareness
- Strong analytical skills
- Logical approach
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
- Openness to multinational and multicultural environment
