Your new company
For our Client, a new start up – knowledge broker that serves hundreds of global institutions and analysts worldwide, to be established in Tricity we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of Junior Business Development Specialist.

Your new role
You will be responsible for proactively expanding network of industry experts by identifying qualified specialists. Once targeted, you will need to connect with them, recruit and convince to join the Network by expressing its value. Moreover, to develop the business, you will be taking part in marketing strategies, modelling campaigns attracting those professionals based on industry trends and network gaps.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful on this position, your sales or recruiting potential may be helpful. Furthermore, outstanding communication skills and team player mind set are necessary in order to cold-call,  build rapport with executives and work well in a team. Holding at least BA degree, you should be able to work efficiently in dynamic environment, having skills to multi-task, prioritizing and focusing on details.
