Account management for simple to moderate existing and rapidly growing customer accounts.

Contact internal and external customers and provide customer service

Perform detailed account reconciliations to identify and facilitate resolution of disputed receivables

Drive follow-up and resolution within the client, customers, peers and managers

Actively manage performance metrics for a portfolio of accounts

Provide monthly metric reports accompanied by proactive analysis

Achieve monthly collection targets

Escalate issues in accordance with escalation policy

Participate in client meetings to discuss debtor performance and address issues as required

- Fluent English and Russian
- A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated work experience managing collections function in an MNC environment
- Tertiary education in Commerce, Business Administration or Accountancy
- Understanding of collections activities and transactions
- Good interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability and confidence to operate at senior levels within client and Accenture organisations
- Strong customer service skills to resolve disputes effectively and maintain customer relationships
- Strong client driven focus and result orientation
- Self-starter with good time management to meet strict deadlines
- Strong problem solver with an analytical approach, with the ability to deal effectively in high pressure and dynamic situations
- Good experience in MS Excel and competence with other PC based applications (MS Office)
