Junior Compliance Analyst

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist Market Compliance Officer in ensuring compliance throughout the organization by supporting Compliance programs primarily in Poland, Hungary and Czech Republic,
- Support Business in application of internal guidelines and Company procedures in the areas such as: Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Corruption, Data Protection and other laws applicable to payment services industry,
- Research and analysis of public information,
- Maintenance and analysis of internal documentation in liaison with other internal departments, as necessary,
- Support Market Compliance Officer in conducting Compliance Monitoring & Testing activities, controlling adherence to pertinent laws and internal guidelines,
- Participation in the ongoing Compliance projects and tasks, as assigned,
Qualifications:
- Degree educated or a final year student; legal, economic or finance background/training preferable,
- Very good English and communication skills (oral and written),
- Very good investigative, research and analytical skills,
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills,
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks,
- Good knowledge of and ability to use current computer applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook,
- Knowledge of banking and payment services regulations and regulatory environment would be an advantage,
- Previous work experience in compliance, risk, internal control or legal advisory an advantage,
