Junior Financial Controller

Position purpose
We are currently looking for a candidate who will be working as Junior Financial Controller for Capgemini CES FAO internal controlling team.
Main accountabilities
- Performing month end close for three Central HUBs
- Project’s set up, closing and administration
- Central costs controlling and analysis
- Booking accrual and provisions
- Check employees hours declaration and generated costs
- SBU reallocations - billing creation
- iSOW creation & control
- Monthly forecast preparation and support for P/L owner into forecast process, analyze forecast variations
- Prepare different management reports and ad-hoc investigations
Candidate’s profile
- Minimum 3-year work experience in accounting/finance/controlling
- Master degree in accounting/finance or economics
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Analytical skills
- Very good English (written and spoken)
- French will be an asset
- Ability to work under pressure and to stick to the deadlines
- ‘Can-do’ attitude
