Responsibilities:
- Supporting HR administration processes including: work time settlement, calculation and payment, preparation of reports and payroll.
- Administrative support of the employment and redundancies processes.
- Updating the database.
- Supervising the proper flow of the documents in the company.
- Provided the information to employees in the field of HR administration processes.
Requirements:
- Fluent French language skills.
- Good English language skills.
- Experience is not required – the client provides full introduction trainings.
- Education in the field of: philology, accounting or finance is welcome.
- Analytical and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Accuracy and reliability in performed duties.
- Knowledge of SAP is beneficial.
