For Our Client, a worldwide leader in banking industry, we are currently recruiting candidates for a position of Junior HR Administrator with French.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting HR Administration processes regarding to hiring, employment termination or continuity, promotions etc. Your duties will also include data entry in HR system, updating payroll system, preparing contract and letters for the employees. The employed candidate will ensure process productivity and provide excellent service level to the company's customers, mainly via e-mail.
To be successful on this position, you need to speak French on a very good level (min. B2) and English on a good level (at least B1/B2). You should have at least several months of experience in customer service or administration; HR-related experience or education will be an asset. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are essential, as well as good analytical and computer skills.
