(Junior) Investigation Specialist with German or French

Responsibilities:

Investigate and resolve all enquiries received from customers in a timely and professional manner

Support and strengthen customer needs in an effectively and handle exceptional requests when required

Participate in projects and system changes

Drive initiatives to increase security and efficiency of the process

Create and update of procedure

Identify and report potential issues, error root-cause results, suggest and implement resolutions

Build very effective business relationships with collaborating Parties
Requirements:

University degree (Economy, Finance, Banking will be an advantage)

Professional experience in the area of finance/banking will be an asset

Communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to liaise with demanding clients

Strong investigative and analytical skills

Computer literate and good typing skills
