For our Client, an international production company, we are currently looking for Junior IT Technical Support Specialist to work in a short distance from Wrocław.

Working on this position, you will be primarily responsible for supporting end users and providing them hardware and software problem diagnosis and resolution. You will also install equipment and administer users access controls. The Candidate is also expected to manage relationships and communicate with other IT support teams.

Our client is looking for candidates with at least 1 year of professional experience and Bachelor / Master’s degree in Computer Science or similar. Perfect candidate should be familiar with IT Desktop Support and have a strong knowledge of PC hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of programming language is required . He or she should represent excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Good knowledge of English is a must.
