Job description
- Support end-to-end customer orders process via telephone and email
- Receive and qualify customer purchase orders
- Ensure correct pricing and processing approvals of price exceptions
- Clear order payment status
- Create and transmit packing list
- Support Logistics department for on time delivery
- Handle product returns, warranty claims and customer complaints
- Ensure on-time order closure and invoicing
- Archive all order-related documents

- Very good knowledge of English
- Analytical skills
- Very good customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proactive and initiative taking attitude
- Be organized and attentive to details
