Your role
Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Would you want to deepen your knowledge in risk management and control?
We’re looking for someone like that to be part of the team that is responsible for the maintenance of policies covering primary and consequential risks across all UBS divisions and legal entities. Your responsibilities will include:
- publishing and maintaining policies (including associated information) in the firm-wide policy library
- managing the periodic policy review process
- supporting the mapping of policies, controls and processes
- implementing and producing policy related management information and reporting
Your team
The Risk Governance & Policy is part of the Risk COO area within Group Risk Control. The team is responsible for maintaining the policies and related governance documents issued by Group Risk Control. The team also looks after UBS's policy libarary and is in charge of the firm-wide policy framework, including the endorsement process. In this capacity we support, as experts, other policy owners and contacts across the firm.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- University degree in banking or finance
- very good written and verbal English skills
- demonstrated interest in governance topics ranging from financial regulation to risk management and control
- experience in credit and/or market risk (an asset)
You are:
- good communicator who enjoy working with colleagues around the globe
- skilled user of Microsoft Office tool
- organized and detail oriented
