Job description
- Perform AR collection for LATAM region (Brazil)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers
- Escalate, dispute and protracted nonpayment situations in accordance with engagement policies
- Maintain knowledge of the business area of the client that is supported
- Perform customer account reconciliations
- Deal with vendor/customer queries queries (phone, mails)
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis on client and supervisor request
- Perform credit management
Requirements
- Portuguese language on C1 level or higher
- Very good command of English
- Ability to work late shifts (till 21:30 - period April-October, till 19:30 - period October-April)
- Good Customer Service & Communication skills
- Excel knowledge on good level
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills and enthusiasm
- Ability to work under pressure and following strict deadlines
- Knowledge of Spanish language would be an asset but it is not a must
- Teamwork approach
