Job Description:
Recruiting and selecting candidates to meet the organization’s business needs, using external and internal (referral) sources, which includes:
Preselecting CVs
Updating internal data bases
Phone screening candidates to ensure a proper quality of candidates
Maintaining external contacts in order to provide the required number of proper candidates:
Liaising with job agencies
Preparing various recruitment reports
Participating in creation of positive image of the company on the job market
Candidate's profile:
1 – 2 years experience on a similar position (proven track record in providing recruitment processes for a range of positions)
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of other language would be an asset
Strong motivation for development in recruitment area
Educational background related to HR would be an asset
Good organizational skills, ability to maintain high level of accuracy and to work to tight deadlines
Flexible, well-motivated team player
Self starter with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
