Requirements:
- University diploma
- Fluent German language
- Good command of English
- Experience in Customer Service/ Call Center will be an asset
- Knowledge of SAP landscapes will be an asset

Responsibilities:
- Getting to know the respective SAP processes, procedures and standards
- Determining requirements by working with German and English speaking customers
- Answering inquiries by clarifying desired information - searching independently for information without relying only on help of experienced team members, researching in all available systems and documentation, locating, and providing information
- Fulfilling with accuracy and mindfulness service requests in SAMOA and SAP - completing transactions; forwarding requests
- Maintaining database by entering information on regular basis
- Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
- Being able to learn by using handbooks and training information as well as from own and other's mistakes, taking constructive feedback
- Cooperating with other team members and with 2nd Levels Support in order to provide the best service
