Job description
In the role of Junior Service Partner Advisor you will be responsible for delivery of high quality and cost effective customer service to the client.
- Handle partners\' calls and email regarding orders
- Receive and qualify customer purchase orders
- Book customer orders into ERP system (Oracle)
- Ensure correct pricing and processing approvals of price exceptions
- Send sales order confirmation to the customers within specified Service Level Agreement
- Clear order payment status (request prepayment or check available credit limit)
- Create and transmit packing list
- Support Shipping/Logistics department for on time delivery
- Ensure on-time order closure and invoicing
- Support partner and client relations
Candidate’s profile
- French on C1 level and above
- English on B1 and above
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with a computer and data entry skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel)
