is looking candidates to Head Office in Warsaw for:
- constant market trends analyses
- overview of clients’ portfolio with target set up for the specific period
- following negotiation strategy for prices and conditions which will ensure company’s overall objectives
- implementation of all sales strategies set up by the company
- introduce major benefits that AccorHotels can provide to Key & Strategic accounts including special offers, loyalty program, etc.
- participation to Sales Missions, National & International meetings related to Key & Strategic Accounts
- close collaboration and interaction with hotel sales and International AccorHotels KAMs
- general customer care, gaining, qualifying and contracting new accounts (per given objective)
- development of outbound in order to enhance the yearly given objective
- preparing and coordination of contracts and monitoring their fulfillment
- implementation of tasks and projects requested by the Director of Key Account Management
- preparation of documents and reports concerning sales effectiveness
- 2 years of varied experience within hospitality and/or tourism and sales
- excellent sales and communication skills
- proactive, professional and competent representative
- very good computer literacy (MS Office)
- fluent business English
- German language will be an attitude
- engagement and team spirit, networking skills
- high level of resilience and self-discipline, excellent organization skills
- flexibility in planning and accomplishment of tasks
