Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:
- Maximise account profitability through strategic business planning including, delivery of volume, revenue and margin
- Develop annual sales and business plans that deliver upon company goals and meet needs of key customers within Modern Trade
- Develop innovative sales and marketing plans that will maximise company performance within each dedicated account within Modern Trade
- Work closely with accounts to gain joint agreement on objectives for sales growth
- Negotiate at senior level to ensure company maximises the agreed sales revenues and margin
- Analysis of sell through data and market intelligence to maximize business opportunities while minimizing risk
- Work proactively and effectively with team members to deliver best possible customer service
- Co-ordinate trade marketing and marketing activity within your accounts to ensure delivery of planned volume, distribution and profit targets
- Actively work as part of a team to create a solution oriented culture, leading by example
Job Requirements
- Business studies with main focus on Sales and Marketing
- 3-5 years of professional experience in key account management (hypermarkets, discounters, drugstores, petrol stations, convenience, e-commerce)
- Demonstrated success managing a business portfolio with a national retailers
- Customer driven approach with ability to build and maintain relationships, both externally and internally
- Demonstrated organization, planning and communication skills
- Goal oriented to achieve targets through self-motivation, persistence & determination
- Ability to create and maintain business presentations, excel files, read POS reports
- Very good Polish and English
- Ambitious, determined, results-oriented, convincing, extroverted, strong presentations skills
