On behalf of our Client, an international organization developing its SSC in Warsaw, we are currently seeking Key Account Specialist with the Scandinavian languages.
Key Responsibilities
Joining a dynamic team, Key Account Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining good relationship with current Customers, handling with incoming queries, purchasing orders’ management in SAP system and operating CRM applications. The role includes answering incoming phone calls, working on chat conversation, managing tickets in SAP as well as supporting Sales and Marketing Departments in launching new products to the market.
Requirements
The Candidate should have Bachelor Degree or possess min 2 years of previous experience as Customer Care Specialist. It is highly demanded for this post to be an upper intermediate English speaker and any Scandinavian language – Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish. Knowledge of SAP will be an asset. Key Account Specialist should be a team player, possess good communication and negotiations skills and be able to face new challenges.
