You will take care of:
- Managing an developing legal and compliance support;
- Providing legal advice on applicable laws, regulations and guidelines;
- Focusing on commercial operations of contract manufacturing and distribution services: draft, review and negotiate contracts, partner with business colleagues to develop solutions;
- Managing outside counsel;
- Representing the company in court and before authorities;
- Developing necessary procedures;
- Managing external counsel;
- Monitoring legislation;
- Ensuring legal documentation and file maintenance
If you have:
- Law degree;
- 3-5 years of experience working in-house or in a law firm in an international environment;
- Very good English;
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to understand the business and effectively cooperate with other departments.
