Zakres obowiązków:
Tłumaczenia na język angielski dokumentacji produkcyjnej oraz personalnej (w zależności od bieżących potrzeb firmy)
Prezentowanie firmy w ramach „drzwi otwartych” organizowanych dla kandydatów do pracy w języku angielskim
Bieżąca obsługa zapytań anglojęzycznych pracowników (sprawy personalne, organizacyjne, związane z produkcją)
Koordynowanie procesu wdrożenia do pracy nowych anglojęzycznych pracowników we współpracy z instruktorami stanowiskowymi
Prowadzenie wywiadów z nowozatrudnionymi pracownikami dotyczących m.in. efektywności procesu ich wdrożenia
Współpraca z Agencjami Pracy Tymczasowej w zakresie rekrutacji, a także legalności pracy oraz pobytu pracowników tymczasowych
Wymagania:
Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego i polskiego (w mowie oraz w piśmie) - warunek konieczny
Komunikatywność, umiejętność przekazywania informacji
Umiejętność identyfikowania problemów i znalezienia skutecznych rozwiązań
Doświadczenie w pracy związanej z rekrutacją pracowników produkcyjnych - mile widziane
Znajomość języka ukraińskiego lub francuskiego - mile widziane
