Welcome to the Wealth Management Banking Compliance team. We add value by ensuring the bank conducts business in accordance with applicable laws, rules, standards for conduct, and respect the principles of integrity and fair dealing at all times.
This role will have a particular responsibility for driving the focus of Conduct and Customer Outcomes across Compliance. The broader Conduct Agenda includes advising on investment products, lending, product governance and market integrity. We are looking to expand the scope of conduct risk based on regulation from MiFID, MAR, MCD, etc. in order to form a holistic view on how to measure and report on Conduct across the bank. In this work it will be possible for you to influence and form both the agenda, and the scope of your role, going forward. For the right candidate this position also comes with managerial responsibility.
Examples of specific tasks:
- Dialogue with, and advice towards, business leaders on compliance and conduct issues
- Aligning conduct and customer outcome reporting with colleagues across Compliance
- Lead work developing “dashboards” with key risk indicators for Conduct risks
- Regulatory change assessments
- Leading or participating in projects
- Compliance testing and advice
You'll join a strong, international team with almost 20 colleagues who have widespread contact with stakeholders both locally and across the bank. This role can be based in any of the Nordic countries, Poland or Estonia.

Your experience and background:
- You have extensive experience and knowledge about financial regulation and the customer promise in financial institutions
- You have managerial experience
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in a relevant field
- Superior English skills. Fluency in a Nordic language is an advantage
