- A technically strong, seasoned developer able to lead IT development team.
- Technically strong in : Core Java(web development knowledge is a plus), Data Structure and Algorithms, Oracle and database concepts, Linux scripting.

- Ability to demonstrate commercial usage of and practically applied expert knowledge of application OO development

The candidate will be responsible for the development and production implementation of the financial risk engine/application. The project includes development of the systems, enhancements and ongoing support. The candidate should be able to take requirements, produce high/low level designs, implement and deliver the changes to the business following the development process set out by the project. The role will require close co-operation with few other IT teams including upstream and downstream system owners, QA, Technical Architecture, Business Architecture, Application and Production Support. The roles might include day-to-day production support responsibilities as the team is based on a hybrid development/support model.
