Lean and Continuous Improvement Specialist
Responsibilities:
Lean and Continuous Improvement Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing performance
- Developing and tracking measurements and respective targets to assess the performance of services
- Recommendation of best practice and benchmark KPIs
- Administering the improvement ideas process and supporting suggestions implementation
- Conducting process improvement workshops with Service Delivery
- Documenting process maps and operational documentation
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in process improvement in BPO/SSC
- Fluent Polish and English
- Experience in using tools from Lean Management, Six Sigma, Business Process Management
- Experience in presenting, leading meetings and facilitating workshops
- Economy, Business Administration or Engineering graduate
