Lean Manager

Job description:

• Securing that planned activities in the division support and will deliver according to the overall strategic plan or other addressed improvement areas;
• Implementingthe "Nordea Lean thinking and methodology";
• Reporting to the Division Manager about decided and performed activities, areas in focus, objectives supported, activity progress, implementation status, benefit realization, etc.
• Reviewing training, competence and resource needs, status and recommendation addressed to responsible manager for decision to support and drive sustainability in Lean thinking and methodology within the division;
• Performing training activities in division for identified areas and tools to sustain decided competence level;
• Performing and supporting Kaizen activities within the division and driving Lean transformation projects for addressed improvement areas;
• Creating and coordinating of the Division Lean network. Securing optimization of resources to support and drive Lean activities in an optimal way;
• Cooperation with all level of employees- operational to top management;
• Coordination of the communication in relation to Lean activities based on division's communication plan in cooperation with communication partner.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in lean implementation;
• Excellent knowledge of lean methodology;
• Experience in resource planning, people management without line responsibility;
• Self-driven personality and pro-activeness;
• Strongorganisational skills;
• Excellent computer literacy, especially in MS Office;
• Fluent English;
• Ability to travel (up to 50% of time).
