Key resource for IP EMEA business unit for training data analysis, managing training administration and coordination in order to facilitate deployment and evaluation of LD programs and events. The purpose of this job for IP Polska is to manage training administration and logistics of training events for 500+ employees.
You will be working as a part of an enthusiastic, dedicated and creative L&D team that supports customers across EMEA and also in IP Polska. You will be responsible for managing a tool critical for effectiveness and efficiency of the learning function. This position offers an opportunity to interact with customers of diverse backgrounds in a dynamic work environment where interpersonal skills, technical skills and a process approach can be developed on a daily basis.
Training Administration and Event Coordination (60%)
- Responsible for training administration through MyLearning (setting up training events, exporting rosters & reporting on training participation)
- Supports data analysis from identification of learning and development needs discussions
- Ensures training evaluation is conducted and lessons learned are implemented in program or event design
- Coordinates Onboarding Event for New Hires of IP Polska, and other initiatives aimed at people development by timely communication with presenters and participants, and ensuring all materials and resources are provided to relevant groups
- Coordinates training logistics (venue reservation, preparation of training materials, training evaluation reports and presentations for internal customers) for events targeted at IP Polska audiences, and EMEA participants where appropriate
- Maintains a variety of manual and electronic files and/or records for the purpose of providing up-to-date reference and complying with established guidelines and
- regulatory requirements
- Coordinates language classes and makes sure all logistics are in place
Training Delivery, Communication and Other Duties (40%)
- Delivers training as assigned
- Supports design and testing of internally developed eCourses
- Actively contributes to branding and communication efforts by development of training offers, advertising campaigns and activity reports
- Supports vendor management as requested
- Plays an active role in sharing knowledge and best practices in the area of Learning and Development
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in education, or an equivalent combination of education and business experience
- Analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex content and present it in a clear, logical and appropriate format fit for a range of target audiences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with colleagues and audiences from a variety of cultural backgrounds
- Fluency in English is required
- Fluency in French/ Italian/ Spanish, or fluency in Russian will be an asset
- Strong interest and enthusiasm in people development
- Technical aptitude and a general sense of aesthetics
