- Analyse development needs and change impact
- Design and deliver development programs tailored to identified needs, using diverse methods (e.g. training, facilitation, individual consultations, action learning)
- Act as Project Manager for development programs
- Act as SME in effective development – consulting for Managers, Directors and Experts in development and people relations field
- Training organisation and administration
- Prepare and send development offer news and communication
- Prepare and take part in Development Centre as assessor, assessment of employees potential
- Update policies, forms and organisational structure

Before you start our induction training we will check if you have:
- Preferred psychological/social studies background/experience
- At least 4 years of experience in developing and conducting soft skills training and workshops facilitation, preferably in corporation
- Documented trainer’s/facilitator’s experience and trainer`s courses
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, balance project work with high-priority requests
- Proven track record in project management
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
- Fluent English and Polish communication skills (oral & written) C1
- Good knowledge of MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Analytical problem solving, planning & organizing
- Experience in competencies assessment (preferably Assessment/Development Centers)
- Experience in conducting individual development activities/consultations (preferably coaching)
