Working with Legal team, Legal Analyst delivers a high quality and effective service to the clients,
within legal and paralegal projects. In the role you will be consulting on, analysing, categorising or
reviewing legal documentation and in-force legislation and supporting measures (including preparing
legal tools) based on clients’ instructions.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing legal documentation (including large- volume international contracts)
- Analysing contracts to develop understanding of the parties’ obligations
- Understanding and implementing legislative requirements into the contracts
- Using and preparing contract management tools (including contract trackers, summaries and obligations matrices)
- Conducting legal and business research
- Following key instructions from the supervising attorneys and clients
- Developing a strong understanding of client brief and case material
- Assisting in achieving the overall objectives of the team
- University degree in Law
- Full fluency in English (C1 is a must)
- Knowledge of English legal terminology
- Completed courses in the field of UK/American law (considered an asset)
- Previous experience of working within a legal environment (considered an asset)
- Willingness to learn advanced use of Microsoft Office tools
- Analytical and creative approach to problem solving
- Ability to work under time pressure, detail orientation
