The position is responsible for providing legal administration services to the markets supported by GBS Legal and Regulatory Affairs. Supported activities will cover multiple markets, and will include, amongst others: admin activities with regards to external counsel, administration of budgets, updates and tracking of data, internal legal database maintenance and similar tasks, general admin support to GBS Legal and Regulatory Affairs department. This role is a replacement for an existing position.
- Providing legal administration services to the markets supported by GBS LRA
- Supported activities will cover multiple markets, and will include, amongst others: admin activities with regards to external counsel, administration of budgets, updates and tracking of data, internal legal database maintenance and similar tasks
- Coordinating the workflow of contract lifecycle in accordance with JTI governance standards and respective operating procedures
- Maintenance of knowledge management database and legal tools/systems
- Student or recent graduate
- Fluent English
- Contract alignment, coordination of execution (e-signature or wet signature), and archiving
- Review and approval of simple contracts in line with company standards and applicable law
- Handling of payment processes, including vendor communication, PR/PO/GR preparation, approvals, SAP processing, and document archiving
- Knowledge of document execution methods, including tools such as DocuSign
- Management of contract databases and legal archives
- Familiarity with legal applications, systems, and technologies used in an in-house legal environment
