We are currently looking for candidates to work for our Client, a global brand with very strong market position, on the position of Logistics/Order Handling Specialist with Swedish and English.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- processing orders in the system
- organization of deliveries and material flow following relevant regulations
- cooperation with suppliers, shipping companies and custom agencies
- monitoring delivery timetables
- cooperation with warehouse (article flow, stock levels)
- ensuring the correctness and verification of documents
- process optimizations
- cooperation with other company departments
Requirements:
- fluent or very good Swedish > B1, the higher level, the better
- very good English - Min. B2/ C1
- relevant experience in order management/customer service/ logistics/supply chain/ import, export will be a strong asset
- very good communication and customer service skills
- self-discipline, proactive attitude, team spirit
- experience in SAP will be a strong asset
