Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work

Willing to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term

Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may be 80%-100% on a weekly basis on some projects (typically Monday – Friday) for some periods during the year

Minimum bachelor's degree
-
4+ years of overall industry or consulting (preferred) experience
-
Demonstrate experience in any of the following Oil & Gas specializations:
-
Commercial Optimization (Trading, Hydrocarbon Supply Chain, Linear Programming, Scheduling / Planning)
-
Plant Optimization (refining operations and usage of tools such as OSI, LP model, Aspentech, Matlab, Hysis, etc)
-
Capital Projects (esp. Upstream - FPSO and Downstream - Refining, etc.)
-
HSE / Integrity / Risk Management / Environment Compliance
-
Maintenance & Reliability – RCM, RBI, Maintenance Plan,(Meridium - APM, Maximo, SAP – PM)
-
Change Management (SAP OM)
-

Strong business process management skills
-
Demonstrate a strong track record of solving complex business issues and delivering client satisfaction

Should be skilled in using MS Excel, MS Access and MS Power Point
-
Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills
-
Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm
-
Excellent team work and ability to work in distributed delivery environment

Should have managed teams and project delivery experience
-
Should express strong business development experience and abilities

Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)

Good level of the other foreign language e.g. German, Italian, French, Spanish would be a strong asset
