We are expanding the Capability Network Team in Warsaw and we are looking for experienced and accomplished Energy, Utilities and Chemicals professionals.
Currently we are seeking Management Consultant in Resources/ Chemicals Industry Group.
Job Description:

Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work

Willing to work at client's locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term

Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may be 80%-100% on a weekly basis on some projects (typically Monday - Friday) for some periods during the year

Minimum Bachelor's degree
-
Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
-
3+ years of overall industry or consulting (preferred) experience
-
Educational background in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or similar
-
At least 3 years strong chemical industry/ functional experience with sound understanding of industry value chain
-
Experience in one or more of these areas: Production Operations, Supply Chain, Maintenance & Reliability, Procurement gained by working for or with Chemical/ Petrochemical/ Process manufacturing industry companies/ Clients

Exposure to Manufacturing IT systems like operations execution systems (MES), automation control systems, CMMS or enterprise systems like SAP PP, SAP PM, etc. will be a strong asset

Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication competencies

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Proven experience in working with highly distributed and diversified teams

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Working for or with Global Chemical companies or Local/ European leaders would be a strong asset

Good level of the other foreign language e.g. German, Italian, French, Spanish would be a strong asset

Project Management Certification (i.e. PMP, CAPM, PgMP, APMC, MPM, CPM) would be strong asset
