You will lead a team of Java Developers working exclusively for our partner company NetGuardians – big data fraud detection system producer.

Work as a part of international team in design and development.

Leading a growing team of experienced developers in line with SCRUM methodology.

Ensuring quality and efficient application development processes are implemented, maintained and controlled.

Development of a team culture of engagement, collaboration and high performance.

Take part in the definition of end-to-end financial monitoring and reporting platform.

Participate in challenging projects involving the most prominent technologies such as: Java 8, Spring 4, AngularJS 1.5, Big data - ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Spark, Hadoop, Python and TypeScript.

Daily cooperation with international NetGuardians team in Switzerland, Kenya and Singapore.

A relevant university degree.

Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in delivering high quality software in challenging environment.

Proven track record of people management role for at least 2 years.

Demonstrated success to plan, organize and coordinate workload of others.

Experience in coordinating an Agile team, e.g. in a Scrum Master role.

Strong communication skills with a good command of written and spoken English.
