In this Maps Data Reviewer role, you will be able to gain experience in a customer-facing position and build your knowledge in domains like content moderation and intercultural communication. You will be working with a supportive and collaborative team that will help you develop your skills and expertise.

• Review maps data to assess business information accuracy based on client policies,
• Engage with businesses, predominantly via quick outbound phone calls, to verify their business information,
• Update client platforms based on verified information,
• Make well-balanced decisions based on market-specific knowledge.

• English language knowledge min. B2/C1 level,
• French language knowledge min. B2/C1 level,
• Good written and oral communication skills, with excellent attention to detail,
• The ability to apply judgment on the job and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere,
• Good time management, prioritization, and ability to work without close supervision and under pressure.
