Job description:
Place: Warsaw
- Delivery of professional data management services to the Marketing Operations Team based in company's headquarters, using internal CRM system and SAP CRM
- Manage the processing of Data Change Management tickets generated by Client Book users, in a timely manner. This will include the creation of new contacts and amendments to existing contacts.
- Managing changes to contact data submitted by the users of internal CRM system
- Managing changes made to client and organisational data submitted by users
- Participation in transition period by knowledge transfer , contribution to ensure the service quality within the team is maintained
- Fluent English and Mandarin
- Experience in a Shared Service/BPO or data processing environment will be an asset
- CRM system experience will be an asset
- Computer skills (MS Office , especially Excel skills)
- Attention to detail and accurate data processing
- Flexibility and ability to cope with changing priorities
- Team work and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
