What’s this role about?

This is your chance to lead the global charge in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of our master data. As Master Data Center Process Manager, you’ll be working at the forefront of digital transformation, shaping critical strategies, and enabling operational excellence across regions. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders across Global Functions, Markets and Factories, to align priorities, drive standardization, and ensure successful adoption of global master data processes. What will you do?
  • Lead and execute global master data strategies, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and quality.
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks to create standardization and consistency.
  • Inspire and guide a diverse global team, promoting collaboration and high performance.
  • Deliver KPIs, lead process improvements, and harness automation tools to create innovative solutions.
  • Align with senior business leaders to ensure our data standards support organizational goals.
What do you need to bring?
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or Supply Chain preferred. Master’s degree or certificates like DAMA/CDMP, PMP, Six Sigma, or SAP MDG can be a differentiator.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years in Master Data Management and Data Governance.
    • 2-3 years managing global teams successfully.
  • Technical Knowledge: Expertise in ERP/MDM systems (SAP preferred), data quality, and process automation.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
