- Process and maintain Material Master Data in line with company standards, ensuring accuracy and data quality (KPIs/SLAs)
- Perform data validation and support ongoing data quality initiatives
- Handle requests and queries in a timely and professional manner
- Investigate and resolve data issues, escalating complex cases when needed
- Identify risks, inconsistencies, and system/process issues and report them via proper channels
- Manage your own workload to meet daily operational targets
- Support reporting and basic data analysis within your scope
- Contribute to process improvements and optimization initiatives
- Support projects, transitions, and testing activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams, supporting onboarding of new joiners
- 1+ year of experience in Master Data or a similar operational role
- Understanding of end-to-end Material MD processes (P2P knowledge is a plus)
- SAP/ERP knowledge and solid Excel/MS Office skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Good communication skills and team-oriented approach
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, multinational environment
- Fluent English (B2+)
