Master Data Specialist (SAP PS)

For one of our international Clients, a new SSC opening its doors in Kraków, we are looking for specialists who would like to take part in building a Project Control team.
The team are responsible for setting up project cost structures in SAP PS for new clients as well as updating budgets and schedules for existing clients/projects in progress.
We are looking for both Senior specialists with experience with SAP PS and project management and Junior specialists with any experience with SAP (different modules), e.g. in Master Data, Finance, Controlling, Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Management.
Your tasks will include:
- setting up project cost structures in SAP
- pooling data from other sources (e.g. ServiceNow) and entering them into SAP: e.g. labor hours, networks, costs of living, revenue, invoices
- setting up dates in project shcedules
- reporting and analysis
- close cooperation with Project Manaers across the world
Requirements:
- 2 years of professional experience (e.g. project coordination, Master Data, Finance, Billing, OTC, Order Management, Data Entry, Procurement)
- knowledge of SAP (preferably SAP PS module)
- very good English (B2+)
- project management background or experience would be a great advantage
- willingness to work later hours (2 PM - 10 PM) some days in order to cover the US shift
