Master Data Specialist

For our Client - international company - we are looking for candidates for a position of: Senior Finance Business Manager.

Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of an appropriate ERP system in order management area
- Able to understand end-to- end global master data processes
Responsibilities:
- Manage the correct reception of the master data tickets in her/his area of expertise (SAP/Oracle/PRMS) by ensuring that the incoming tickets are timely and correctly registered into the respective ERP system
- Perform product/customer/pricing/vendor creations, modifications, updates and other activities in the master data management area
- Contact the regional Gate Keeper in case of deviations and/or issues relating to the requested master data creations/updates in the system and the ticket request
- Answer all queries from the regional Gate Keeper related to the input of master data
- Identify problems and report them to more experienced team member or lead
- Deliver KPI, identify failures’ root cause; implement corrective action with lead/manager supervision
- Ensure correct and chronological filing of the master data tickets
- Have one main ERP expertise and back-up for a second ERP
