CPBC Master Data Team was established in May 2015. We are responsible for the creation and maintenance of different kinds of products. We cooperate globally with various business units as the first line of support for cases related to master data. CPBC owns the business responsibility for Product Master Data at Coloplast.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Products data information in Coloplast systems based on requests from businesses and according to policies and procedures in JD Edwards (E1) and Stibo systems (Step).
- Organize necessary actions to complete Master Data requests within the established SLA.
- Ensure quality of Master Data, as well as development and documentation of processes/templates to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.
- Participate in global and local projects in regards to maintenance of Product data and adjusting it to specific requirements.
- Support the organization in data related inquiries, solving issues, and proposing solutions.
- Working close with various stakeholders from Supply Chain, Production, and many others.
- Prepare reports from Coloplast systems to work on data quality and support Core Business with needed Product Master Data information
- Continuous support for improvements related to Master Data processes
- Very good written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, experience in using VBA
- Knowledge of JavaScript, basic knowledge of SQL would be appreciated
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand existing business processes
- Willing to implement changes and improvements
- Passionate about working with systems and data
- Understanding of cross-functional cultures
- Ability to organize and prioritize own workload
- Knowledge of STEP by Stibo solution / E1 ERP System is an additional advantage
