Master Data Specialist

Requirements:
- Basic knowledge about Master Data
- Minimum basic knowledge about SAP
- Strong focus on due dates
- High attention to detail
- Team player
- Very good communication skills
- Min. 2 years professional experience, preferably with procurement or finance
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Fluent English
Responsibilities:
- Performing activities in line with defined processes, SOPs and WI
- Administering case management system (e.g. Opening, updating, closing Remedy cases)
- Responding to queries from range of stakeholders via different channels (phone/lync/remedy/mail)
- Maintaining log of work received and actions performed on workflow management system
- Supporting team leaders in the implementation of any change and/ or improvement initiatives
- Administration of procurement tools (specific modules of CPS)
- Support for Buyers and Category Managers in terms of specific CPS modules (training, user support)
- Delivering expertise within specific procurement process and tools
- Delivering reports related to KPIs and SLA's
