OPIS STANOWISKA:
tworzenie rekrutacyjnej bazy danych kandydatów,
rekrutacja i selekcja pracowników tymczasowych,
bezpośrednia współpraca z klientami agencji w ramach realizacji projektów rekrutacyjnych,
budowanie oraz utrzymywanie relacji z klientami firmy, urzędami pracy oraz pracownikami tymczasowymi.
WYMAGANIA:
doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku min 6 miesięcy w agencji zatrudnienia - warunek konieczny,
bardzo dobra komunikatywność i wysoka kultura osobista,
łatwość w nawiązywaniu kontaktów,
prawo jazdy kat. B (z praktyką).
