Wymagania:
Ukończony III rok studiów o profilu Psychologia, Zarządzanie Zasobami Ludzkimi, Socjologia, Ekonomia lub pokrewne (status studenta – wymóg konieczny)
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
Dyspozycyjność (mile widziana dyspozycyjność w pełnym wymiarze godzin)
Dobra znajomość MS Office
Zainteresowanie obszarem rekrutacji i chęć rozwoju w tej dziedzinie
Motywacja do nauki i zdobywania doświadczenia zawodowego

Wsparcie zespołu w projekcie rekrutacyjnym realizowanym metodą Assessment Center
Selekcja dokumentów aplikacyjnych nadsyłanych przez Kandydatów
Prowadzenie telefonicznych rozmów kwalifikacyjnych i udział w spotkaniach rekrutacyjnych z Kandydatami
Administracja dokumentacją związaną z prowadzonym projektem rekrutacyjnym
Współpraca z Biurami Karier
Pomoc w zakresie bieżących spraw organizacyjno-administracyjnych
