Do zadań osoby zatrudnionej na tym stanowisku należeć będzie:
prowadzenie procesów rekrutacji i selekcji
udział w tworzeniu i wdrażaniu projektów z obszaru „miękkiego” HR oraz prowadzenie procesów HR w firmie,
opieka nad dokumentacją HR - aktualizacja
organizacja eventów firmowych: szkoleniowych i integracyjnych
Wymagania
doświadczenie w pracy w dziale HR minimum 2 lata
wyższe zawodowe lub w trakcie studiów kierunkowych (preferowane kierunki: Zarządzanie zasobami ludzkimi, psychologia pracy, HRBP)
doświadczenie w samodzielnym prowadzeniu procesów rekrutacyjnych
doświadczenie w prowadzeniu rekrutacji w przemyśle lub branży budowlanej lub transportowej będzie dodatkowym atutem
umiejętność samodzielnego organizowania pracy własnej
wysoko rozwinięte kompetencje interpersonalne
