Opis stanowiska
Jako Młodszy specjalista ds. rekrutacji będziesz odpowiadać za cały proces zatrudnienia i związaną z nim dokumentację. Ponadto będziesz aktywnie poszukiwać kandydatów do pracy.
Do Twoich obowiązków należeć będzie:
Koordynowanie i realizowanie działań związanych z procesem zatrudniania, w szczególności przygotowanie przejęć pracowników zatrudnionych przez agencje pracy tymczasowej oraz nowo zrekrutowanych
Monitorowanie terminów badań lekarskich i szkoleń BHP
Ustalanie wymiaru urlopu pracowników
Prowadzenie dokumentacji personalnej
Rekrutacja pracowników spoza Unii Europejskiej
Wymagania

Posiadasz doświadczenie zawodowe na pokrewnym stanowisku
Posiadasz doświadczenie w rekrutacji pracowników spoza Unii
Zdobyłeś wykształcenie wyższe kierunkowe
Sprawnie obsługujesz programy pakietu MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Jesteś osobą komunikatywną
Posiadasz wysoko rozwinięte zdolności planowania i organizowania własnej pracy
Posługujesz się językiem angielskim w stopniu komunikatywnym
Posługujesz się językiem ukraińskim (mile widziane)
