Osoba zatrudniona na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za:
rozwiązywanie problemów w działaniu centralnych systemów opartych na bazach danych MSSQL oraz w powiązanych z nimi aplikacjach,
proaktywne działania zapobiegające występowaniu awarii oraz minimalizujące ich negatywny wpływu na procesy biznesowe klientów,
tworzenie dokumentacji technicznej i przeprowadzanie szkoleń dla pracowników I linii wsparcia.
Wymagania:
wykształcenie wyższe o profilu informatycznym,
zdolności analityczne,
umiejętność organizacji pracy,
komunikatywność,
odporności na stres.
Wymagana znajomość:
obsługi systemów operacyjnych Windows,
zagadnień dotyczących relacyjnych baz danych oraz kwestii administracji systemem bazodanowym MSSQL 2005/2008/2012/2014 lub chęć zdobycia wiedzy z tego obszaru.
zagadnień konfiguracji sieci komputerowych,
języka angielskiego na poziomie pozwalającym na komunikację z użytkownikiem (B2).
Mile widziana znajomość:
obsługi systemów z rodziny UNIX,
tworzenia skryptów automatyzujących operacje masowe,
systemów obsługi sprzedaży detalicznej lub magazynowej.
