For our Client, a company from the IT services sector, we are seeking Candidates for the role of Multilingual IT-support Agent.
The successful Candidate will become a part of a team responsible for providing 1st line IT support to corporate end-users by phone and email, using ticketing systems and various remote tools.
We are looking for customer oriented Candidates who are fluent in English and Dutch (both written and spoken), + an additional language from the following: German/French/Spanish/Italian, and who possess advanced skills in computer use (Windows including command, MS Office Suite, etc.). Previous experience in troubleshooting or remote IT support will be considered an advantage.
