EMEA Enterprise New Product Introduction Team is focused on introducing new products to manufacturing in EMEA region and enables sales of new enterprise class products (servers, storages, networking). We also support production of this kind of products by solving engineering issues. Working with highly skilled engineers, you will:
- Lead introduction projects for new products in EMEA region – coordinate extended teams efforts, communicate with Core Team, solve engineering issues, assessing project and engineering risk
- Introduce changes to existing products ensuring stable mass production
- Investigate and resolve product related engineering issues that might occur during manufacturing process
- Minimize product related supply chain disruptions
- Seek for improvements and enhancements to existing processes (ability to provide cost-benefit analysis)
- Cooperate with other regions on variety of projects
- Report and present progress and results of your projects and tasks
- University degree, preferably in engineering domain (IT, Electronics)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills
- Project management and organizational skills
- Fluency in English and Polish
- At least 4 years of experience in engineering area or related field
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge and understanding of computer hardware technologies in enterprise applications,
- Influencing skills, ability to interact with Senior Management and Executives, strong presentation skills
