On behalf of our Client, an international organization developing its BPO Center in Łódź, we are currently seeking Order to Cash Team Lead (O2C TL).
Joining a dynamic team, Order to cash Team Lead will be responsible for controlling end-to-end processes of accountancy receivable. O2C TL will lead a team consisting of O2C Specialists and set, manage and achieve strategic goals for the Department. Daily duties will also include negotiations with external clients, making business to business calls and building positive corporate image.
The Candidate should have a degree in an appropriate discipline (Finance, Accounting, Economics), min. 4 years of previous related accounting experience in AR division and min. 2 years of being a Team Lead in AR Department. It is highly demanded for this post to be a fluent English speaker (CEF: C2). Order to Cash Team Lead should be a team player, possess analytical and negotiation skills and be able to face new challenges.
