- Developing the plans for site business continuity of the office
- Providing support to the relocation of JTI employees – liaison with relocation agencies, real estate agencies, etc.
- Design and implement office procedures in collaboration with key stakeholders and undertake reviews of process
- Management of Office Management budget on an annual basis providing reporting when required
- Assisting with annual budget preparations and local estimates in liner with timetables specified
- Providing support and coordination for key events
- Handle external arrangements of events for visitors (ex. Accommodation, travel, reservations etc.)
- Direct supervision and management of the Office Management
- Have a University education
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong proven experience in an office environment in a similar type of position
- Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels
- Experience in supplier negotiations and reviews preferred
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Polish as native
- Familiar with MS Office including MS Excel
- SAP experience preferred but not essential
