Job Description
- Develop expertise on data governance and use of master data in downstream processes to aid troubleshooting capability
- Monitor work queues for new tickets
- Coordination of issue resolution leveraging global MDM support team to meet Service Level Agreements
- Partner with MDM Operations team when data correction are required
- Escalation of issues as needed to subject matter experts as needed
- [Bachelor's] degree or higher from an accredited university
- Fluent English
- 2-3 years of equivalent work experience
- Foreign Language skills
- Previous experience working with SAP will be an asset
- Detailed oriented and enjoys working with operational processes
- Collaborative Team player
- Analytical
